In KMail configuration dialog, Accounts section, click Add, and select Local mailbox. At the bottom of the dialog, it will say "&Destination folder".

I'm using KDE 4.2 RC.

Also, there's a "File &location" in the same dialog.

Remove "&" which is not correct
(I don't think that I can backport to kde4.2)
