Currently using most recent KDE 4.2 SVN build from openSUSE 11.1 repos (RC1 release 78.1).

When the blur desktop effect is activated it causes some weird graphical glitches like drawing a blur border around the kickoff menu when it's opened and closed, a graphical corruption on the bottom panel and some other random glitches like rectangles appearing from closed windows. If I deactivate the blur plugin all these anomalies go away so I'm almost certain it's the culprit - could be a combination as well.

Current loaded plugins: track mouse, zoom, blur, fade, login, logout, minimize animation, shadow, taskbar thumbnails, translucency, dialog parent, desktop cube, desktop grid, present windows.

1) Blur border around kickoff menu when it's opened/closed:
- Basically happens for me when I'm opening/closing the kickoff menu if there are no windows behind it. That is, on the desktop. It also seems to happen randomly with for example notification windows. The border disappears when the menu is fully opened/closed. First screenshot is of this.

2) Graphical corruption "spikes"
- I'm not so sure why blur has anything to do with this, but if it's not activated I don't experience it so I guess it has. The only way I can effectively reproduce it is to do exactly this (how I do it):
* Switch desktop by pressing on the upper right desktop of the four on the bottom panel. That is, the second desktop.
* When it's done switching (rotating the cube), move the mouse over to the first desktop and click it so it rotates back.
* Now hover the mouse over the icon to the immediate left of the 4 desktop windows (in my case fiefox). 
At this point some weird "spikes" occur which seems to blur the icon to the left of the icon hovered as well as put some spikes on the panel. Kind of hard to describe so I will upload a screenshot. Please be sure to only move the mouse as described. These spikes can appear anywhere also. For example as I'm typing right now in Firefox, the bottom line on this textbox simply "breaks off" with a spike in the middle.
Acually this effect also causes the text on the windows on the panel to look really weird. This happens for me whenever I switch desktops. I can't take a screenshot of this as the text becomes normal whenever I try to.

3) Random rectangles after closing windows
- I can't effectively reproduce this as its very random when it occurs. Sometimes when I close or minimize a window it will leave a slightly visible gray rectangle at the position where the window was closed. No screenshot as they disappear randomly as well.
