Compiler:          gcc 4.3

Installed from:    Compiled sources

Several times when I have displayed the configuration dialog, it has been virtually blank and unusable, as shown in the attached screenshot. It did show correctly once (but not the first time I tried to display it after the latest compilation).

David, I really think this is a installation or packaging bug, looks like none of the KCMs couldn't be found.

I haven't seen the problem for a while, so whatever the cause the bug can be closed.
