Messages can be tagged with custom message tags - that's great (bug 50409 fixed). 

It would be even greater if a filter action existed which sets or removes those custom message tags.

There is already a ''mark-as'' filter but it doesn't show custom message tags (only important etc).

Use case: This would be a big step when trying to replace folders with message tags (like gmail does).
