As this has nothing to do with the toolbarspecific bugs i found (they all had problems with reappearing of already removed toolbars) i am reporting this now.

I want Kopetes toolbar "main toolbar" in the kopete main window to stay locked. but every time i restart kopete it is unlocked again.

i think this is important for inexperienced users, so they can't remove the toolbar accidentally

Looks like the toolbars are locked automatically by default now so this bug is fixed.
