This Morning I updated my kde 4.2 from the beta2 version to rc. Now Amarok doesn't start any more: if launched via Kickoff no crash mesage is showed, if launched via konsole, KCrash displays the following backtrace:

Marking as duplicate of bug 175407. This is related to an error in italian/german translationa in xine which crashes Phonon (and thus Amarok). Look at bug 175407 comment 9
