If you can reproduce the crash at will, may you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports and post a complete backtrace here? Anyways the MSN protocol is now handled by "libmsn" in Kopete for KDE4.2 so this issue is probably fixed in KDE4.2 Thanks :) I'm closing this as WORKSFORME as the 4.1.x branch of KDE is now unmaintained. The KDE4.2 version of Kopete uses "libmsn" code instead its own MSN protocol code, so this bugs should be fixed in KDE4.2 Please reopen this bug report if you experience this again with KDE4.2 Thanks |
