When trying to print a html rendered email only one page, the first, is ever outputted, whether it is to a printer or the PDF pseudo device no matter what the settings in the print dialogue are. This only applies to HTML formatted emails as plain text mails print fine.

It works for me with kde 4.2 RC1.

It seems there is a problem with KHTML and printing.
