Description Andy 2009-01-07 17:14:50 UTC
Version: 1.10.92 (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

Kubuntu 8.10
KDE 4.2 Beta 2
Kontact 1.3
Kmail 1.10.92

I am trying to change the font sizes of the Message List, as they are too big on my laptop. I am able to change all the other options successfully, such as the Folder List and Message Body, but none of the options for Message List seem to work. Note that it is not just the font size that doesn't work, but the font face and style as well. I test on my campus workstation using KDE 3.5 with Kmail 1.9.9 and changes these options definitely work.

To reproduce:

(1) Navigate to 'Configure Kmail -> Appearance -> Fonts'

(2) Select each of the following options and change the font size to '8':

  * Message List
  * Message List - New Messages
  * Message List - Unread Messages
  * Message List - Important Messages
  * Message List - Action Item Messages
  * Message List - Date Field

(3) Click Apply/OK. Nothing changes...

I also have this bug.

Same bug here. It was working ok until KDE 4.1.4. After the upgrade for 4.2, font formats are not honored anymore.

Sorry, that's a mistake; I typed the wrong bug number when marking the duplicate. Please ignore.
