Plasma theme change does not seem to affect krunner(alt+f2) until next login.
1. right click on dekstop select 'appearence settings'
2. change theme from 'oxygen' to 'aya'
3. Desktop plasma theme changes
4. krunner (alt+f2) - still using 'oxygen' theme not 'aya', but after a logout the krunner theme is correct i.e., aya

if it affects krunner, it's probably a krunner bug. there is no global "plasma theme changed" signal (nor any general signals from kconfig for that matter for change notification either). one or the other needs to get fixed.
