Hi,

When executing Kwrite without launching any file under Windows platform I got this error window:

"The file C:/Program Files/KDE/bin/%U could not be loaded, as it was not possible to read from it.
Check if you have read access to this file."

When I open specific txt file with Kwrite it works as expected. However I would also like to create empty document in Kwrite by simply executing kwrite from menu.

PS. System: WindowsXP SP3.

On my PC Kwrite from menu starts without any problem with KDE 4.3 (and WindowsXP SP3).

I remember it happened in 4.1.3, but seems to be fixed in current 4.3
