When hoovering over the month and year fields above the date picker, there is no single indication that these fields are dropdown boxes until one click's them.

SVN commit 972318 by winterz:

provide a visual clue that the Month and Year labels are actually menus
by drawing a raised panel.

@Allen: I hope bug #162406 will be fixed too, the date picker has the same problem :-)
