KDE 3.x sorted the clock tooltip by offset. The plasma digital clock in KDE 4.2 should do the same.

p.s. Thank you for getting >1 tz in the tooltip at all!!! Now I can feel good about upgrading someday...

KDE 4.2 has a similar problem -  Please make it sortable by "Region"
