In playground_network/kdevmo.po the following sentence is given:
<b>Graph position</b>\n
<p>\n
<b>Top and bottom</b> means that the output graph is drawn on the top of the 
frame and the output graph on the bottom.<br>\n
With <b>Only bottom</b> the input graph is drawn on the bottom of the frame 
and the output graph on top of the input graph.\n
</p>

In "Top and Bottom" two times "output graph" is mentioned; one should probably be "input graph"
Also the explanation of "Only bottom" is strange. One should expect that both input and output graphs are drawn at the bottom.

It looks like you filed this against the wrong application.  I think you're looking for kdevmon, not knemo.

No, I did not file this against any application. I indicated that I found it in playground_network/kdevmo.po where the text I talk about is in prefsdialog.ui at line 443, but this is now at line 428.
Please refer this report back to the dispatcher of bugs. Apparently this person assigned it to the wrong person.
