Version:            (using KDE 4.1.3)

Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

I use a msi wind netbook, witch have this screen resolution : 1024x600 (10,2")

When I open the setting's window, the minimum size of it is bigger than my screen resolution and It's not possible to reduice it.

You should autorize user to reduice this GUI or detect the maximum space available when this window is open.
