When I load a large page (such as a picture forum overview at www.naturescapes.net but any page that takes a little to render will do fine) and I happen to scroll the page using the mouse wheel while some areas are still being rendered then some results are placed at an incorrect position. If later these areas are scrolled in such a way as to require a repaint they are corrected.
Desktop effects are off (I don't care for them in the least!), so I don't think that my NVIDIA card has anything to do with this.
