If I enter an argument for an executable in the Run Setting page, it is not taken into account (checked the debug output) and it is forgotten, next time you go to this page, it isn't there.

I am pretty sure it worked back when I worked on this dialog. Does anybody know if it has changed in some way?

when the dialog changes (and the apply button is enabled), then the changes are properly saved :/.
