Important files are usually backed-up to a different system (often online). 

However, one usually wants also to back up any associated reviews. The okular handbook is silent on how to do this (or on how to restore the review should it later become necessary to perform a restore).

It is unclear what this request is for as a “review” is not a PDF element. Comments, annotations, etc are all embedded into the PDF document on save and are not tracked like changes in say a MS word document is. I am closing this request as it is so old.
