When folding in or out a quoted text in a mail, KMail scrolls to the top of the mail.

Even if I only get - to fold quotes, when I press one of them, kmail scrolls to the top.

SVN commit 1021954 by tnyblom:

Use the scrollbar for getting and setting the relative position.
