help won't open, nor the handbook: says,  cannot find service khelpcenter.

also, bug report will not work. says: says cannot find service khelpcenter

to submit this manually; I had to say it was a general kde error

please help.

For Bible time problems, you should report them to its team: http://www.bibletime.info/

If you have no khelpcenter, just install it from the packages of your distro.
And generally, please ask user-related questions in KDE user channels, like the http://forum.kde.org forum, the #kde IRC channel on the freenode network, and the kde@kde.org mailing list.
