In the agenda view, events can be configured with calendar and category derived colours.  For events with a time associated, which colour is draw where (border or fill, inside or outside) can be configured.  For all day events, only the inner area is used.

SVN commit 897185 by winterz:

paint the header on the all-day event or to-do items that are
drawn into the All Day grid.

Note: We don't draw a header if there are too many All Day items
on the same day due to space limitations.  Same for the hour grid --
we don't draw the header if there isn't enough space.
