Package: kdm
Version: 2.01
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: source

At Login X window background image may contain login instructions.
So It would be nice if kdm login window supported
"iconify" feature or window managers so that whole screen could be visible.

what you are requesting is _really_ hard to do as at the time kdm
shows the login dialog (=outside a session) no window manager is running.

note that kdm has a new option to place the login dialog at arbitrary
positions so you can adjust the position according to the background -
it's unlikely that the instructions fill the whole screen.

best regards

i decided not to implement full windowing support.
in kde4 however, you will be able to drag around the dialog windows at least.
various screensaver-related options should "fix" the remaining cases.
