I really miss a shortcut to switch between tabs in konsole, I hate to put my hands off keyboard and click the mouse, when it is not really necessary.

You can still use Shift+Left and Shift+Right...is that what you're looking for?

In addition to Shift+Left/Right you can also define keyboard shortcuts to switch to specific numbered tabs in KDE 4.2.
