KMail 4.1.80 as distributed by Mandriva. In case of long subject sometimes it is rendered bad (with overlapping characters). Screenshot here (Mandriva bug 46087): https://qa.mandriva.com/attachment.cgi?id=11696

It looks fixed in recent versions (4.2 beta1).
I've seen it a couple of times, and now I not see it.

Hi Andrey. Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Please would you confirm if you are still able to reproduce it with KDE 4.2.

I just tested this with kmail 1.11.1 from kde4.2.1 kubuntu packages. I created a mail with a very long subject, containing a very long word (around 30 chars). There is noe rendering problem here. If the window is wide enough, the subject is shown completely, in smaller windows it's simply cut off at the end. But no mixed up chars or something. I think we can close this bug.

If you are able to reproduce the bug with a recent KDE, please reopen the bug.
