I hope to have select a more appropriate compoent. Do you have the coverswitch effect enabled? It is default on in Kubuntu. Also, I managed to get the bug to go away by changing the shortcut to Ctrl+Tab (which works even with effects on.) Very strange... I have no idea how this can happen, no code is executed in cover switch during desktop walking. Has Kubuntu modified it or something? I cannot reproduce with either the old or new versions. I have an idea. What's your settings in activation tab of KWin settings? Especially your Window Switching settings and focus follows mouse policy. Nevertheless the bug will be fixed in 4.2 as the mouse is not removed any more when activating coverswitch. |
