If I want to move a message to a local subfolder (I only have local folders, no IMAP), then there always is the needless "Local folders"-menu entry to navigate. KDE3 kmail didn't show this unnecessary menu level and allowed direct access to the local folders.

I'm marking this as a duplicate of bug 165419, which also talks about hidding "Local Folders".
