GpgOL needs _modal_ decrypt/verify dialogs of Kleopatra because Outlook is disabled (no action in OL possible) while Kleos d/v dialogs are not closed.

Gpg4win 2.1.0-rc1:
Kleo's decrypt/verify dialogs are not modal. But user can interact with Outlook (e.g. if minimize D/V dialog).

So resolved (fixed).
