If you close an application in maximized mode, when you open the application appears in fullscreen mode.

Example:
In kwriterc, in [WindowMain] Height and With for maximized mode have values of fullscreen mode.

Cannot reproduce. Step-by-step instructions for another method to reproduce are required.

closed kwrite in maximized mode, and reopen kwrite... this app appears in fullscreen mode. Same for Dolphin, Kterminal.

Fixed, the problem was compiz.
