When kopete shows a notification window, left clicking on it does not close it. This can be annoying when there are more than 2 or 3 popups together. Moreover, when the text on the popup is long, it goes out of the screen, i.e. I cannot choose its position.

I'm using plasma. (I don't know if this detail is useful, but I write it anyway).

I can confirm this bug. KDE 4.1.85.

I can confirm this on KDE 4.1.87 (Kopete 0.60.81), too.
