Description Davide Castellone 2008-11-23 21:33:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When I receive a message with custom emoticons, they are not shown the message in the notification popup nor replaced by their text equivalent.

I'm using the MSN plug-in (don't know whether this happens with other protocols).
Comment 1 Davide Castellone 2008-11-26 19:34:03 UTC
This only happens when the sender has exports custom emoticons. Otherwise, text is replaced by images as expected.

Sorry about double posting.

Is this working better now in a later KDE release? (4.3 is the preferred release to use for testing, but anything that's 4.2 or newer will also work) If it's not working better, then please reopen this bug and we'll take another look
