Description Steve Chupack 2008-11-20 15:40:42 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

One of the primary reasons I switched to KDE initially was the excellent konsole application. One of the best features was the ability so save the entire konsole output/buffer to a file and to search said output buffer.

Yes, I know about bash history, yes I know how to use grep, yes I know about screen, etc. But the ability to save konsole output from multiple ssh sessions on multiple servers is VERY useful and I believe was unique to konsole.

Why would such a feature be removed? And if it hasn't been removed, where is it? ;-)

These options have been moved to the Scrollback menu. Apologies for any confusion.
