Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

user has to restart dolphin to make settings work.

Settings: system settings -> mouse&keyboard -> mouse -> single/double click to
open option.

SVN commit 920754 by ppenz:

Check whether the global single-click/double-click setting has been changed during runtime and assure that the behavior of the view is adjusted.
