Version:           4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2) (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), ALT Linux i586)
Compiler:          gcc

Sometimes in DolphinPart (Konqueror) copy and cut menu item was stay disabled. In Dolphin is work correctly.

Thanks for the bug report. Should be fixed in KDE 4.1.3.
