The Help buttons in KDE4 Kontact don't work.

For example Kontact -> Settings -> Configure Kontact -> Help Button

causes the KDE Help Centre to open but with a popup containing the text 'The
file or folder help:/ does not exist.

tell the configuration dialog Help button how to find the docs
for Kontact Configuration.
