PhpMyAdmin is a good example to show that the presesnt Javascript interpreter engine of Konqueror 4.1.3 has some problems. 
There are e.g. errors regarding the handling of references to and between popup-windows. 

To give an example:
Open PhpMyAdmin for a database. Choose the "SQL" tab and enter some SQL statement. Click the OK-Button to display the result. Then click the "edit"-Button to edit the sql-statement. A popup window opens - edit the displayed sql-statement there. Then click "OK" to display the new result.

Expected result: The result should appear in the original main window. 
Actual result: A new tab opens in the Popup-Window with an error message for a file upload - which is complete nonsense. 

However, Firefox and Opera (both Linux and Windows versions) handle PhpMyAdmin and its communications between the main window and popup windows correctly. 

I admit that Konqueror's Debugger shows errors in the PhpMyAdmin javascript code - I did not analyze it carefully. A first glance did not reveal any real problem ....

I should add that I stumbled across other pages and javascript programs in the past where Konqueror also did strange things with refrences between the main window and popups. With Firefox things always worked "better" in those cases. 
As I said PhpMyAdmin is only an example ....

After further tests: The problem exits both for PhpMyAdmin version 2.8.x and version 2.11.x.
