I'm doing some tests using trunk. If a plasmoid (including the fuzzy clock) is near a border of the screen, the toolbar is displayed on the screen, and not out. I confirm that the "resize" icon is out of the screen. A simple workaround is to move the plasmoid a bit more distant from the screen borders, after you can resize it. Maybe the toolbar should be fully displayed on the current screen. Created attachment 28495 [details]
