when sending HTML message. Draft is good. Empty return carriage are cut only when the message is sent.
Texte format message are OK.

To reproduce simply send a HTML message to anybody and ask to show the message or see your "sended message" in kmail. 

No particuliar plugins, no backtrace. probably kmail bugs which was not with KDE 3.5.x versions
