Thanks for the bug report. Could you update to KDE 4.1.3 and check if this still happens? It might be a duplicate of bug 172945 which is now fixed.

If you can still reproduce this in 4.1.3, it would be helpful if you could provide detailed instructions how to reproduce the crash. Also a better backtrace might help, see
