while attempting to install a new icon theme i got the following

The application System Settings (systemsettings) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV).

no details where given other than that.

This may be related to bug 173320. Can you reproduce this bug using steps like described in bug 173320 comment 2 ? . If you think this bug and bug 173320 are the same you can mark it as duplicate by yourself because nobody is asigned to this ("Assigned To: Unassigned bugs mailing-list <unassigned-bugs@kde.org>") :)
