The hover text for the stalled time in the configuration dialogue should read "its priority will be decreased" rather than "it's priority will be decreased". The former is the "possessive it" while the latter is a contraction implying "it is".

Has the fix not made it in to recent beta/release candidate releases due to some reason? It seems a bit strange that a fix committed in November is still absent from 3.2 RC1.
