Version:           2 beta 3 (using KDE 4.1.2)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When amarok has a small size the widget scrollbars (for example of the lyrics widget) overlap with the buttons to manage widgets, which makes it hard to use either.

A solution would be to let widgets end above the "widget-management buttons" at the center-bottom.

This needs to be addressed, but is going to require a long term fix.  We're planning on taking another look at context view navigation for 2.1, so I'm targetting this for then.

with the overhaul of the CV for 2.1 this bug is now invalid.

The issue still exists in 2.1, but theres a more accurate bug report about it.  Marking as a dupe instead (as the issue isn't fixed).
