I need to use more than three (3) accounts in kopete, and the colors to difference it are not sufficent...

It would be great to have the contact list grouped by email accounts, too

something like

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
