I am playing around with kde 4 on a EEE PC. With the corrent confiuration I feel that most menu's (Files .... help) , toolbars (where the buttons are) and tabs are to large. 
Maybe it is just me but I cannot find the option to make those things smaller so it bether fit small screens. 
So my wish is to make an general option in control center where we can minimize menu's, toolbars and tabs
