Description CaCO3 2008-11-01 11:59:07 UTC
Version: 1.9.9 (using 3.5.9, Debian Package 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-4 (lenny/sid))
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-2.6.24.5.slh.2-sidux-686

I'm often working over wlan and therefor do not always have a connection. Specially after resuming my laptop from a suspend, it needs a few seconds until I have a working connection.
In this time kmail already wants to check the emails and brings me a error message, because it couldn't reach the host.

My suggestions/wishes:
- implement a network detection system, so the mails are only checked when there is a working connection.
- change this kdialog box to a "balloon" (knotify) tip, which goes away after a few seconds.
