When I select a electric component over QUCS menu, KDE menu bar change color to a ugly white when I, with the component selected, pass with cursor mouse over the menu bar. I record a video for a best explain.

When I select a component in QUCS and remain it selected, if I go with mouse over kde menu bar, it blink white crazy.

it's a known graphics drivers problem
