In KDE 3 if I scrolled a text field in an unactive window it would activate that window but not raise it.

Might've been considered a bug, but I thought it was a really nice feature as it would enable me to have conversations in Kopete or Konversation without the windows having to block Firefox (Youtube), Kaffeine, VLC or other video-related stuff.
