still present in 4.1.3
Comment 2 Sergio Liberman Bronfman 2008-12-10 21:55:14 UTC
I have exactly the same problem, so I confirm it. Currently using KUbuntu 8.10 fresh install and updated. I tried to download the flash player from the repos, and then I downloaded de deb package from Adobe's server and it's the same.
Comment 3 Sebastian Turzański 2008-12-10 21:59:15 UTC
and still present in kde 4.2beta1
Comment 4 Martin Koller 2011-06-24 18:04:25 UTC
Trying with 4.6.4, I get the following error dialog while adding the gadget:

ERROR: Possible problem with your *.gwt.xml module file.
The compile time user.agent value (safari) does not match the runtime user.agent value (gecko1_8). Expect more errors.

konqueror then goes to 100% CPU and clearly stops reacting. I need to kill it.

Flash and Netscape plugins are no longer supported. Neither is Google Talk.
