Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

When I print the whole PDF document the printing is more or less ok. Because the last page was missing, I tried to print it separately. So I defined in printing dialog that only page 18 to 18 should be send. That didn't work, the printer just stayed quiet. Then I did the same with acrobat which sent the defined page successfully to the printer.
