Could you give more details : - Are you using pop or imap ? - If you have more than one account, are they all concerned ? - Are there filters enabled ? (Settings/configure filters) - Are the anti-spam / anti-virus functions enabled ? Copy/Paste of the answer I received from the bug reporter : «I have three accounts and they are all affected. I am using POP and the Spam filter is enable but even though I have marked all these mails as not spam they still end up in trash. I didn't configure the filter. I just checked it and there is nothing here, no matching words that should be filtered.» *** Bug 173554 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Open the Filter setting and erase all the filters. It works but you won't have any Anti-Spam. |
