Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: GCC 4.3
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

I am not sure if this is a bug but since I have migrated to Kmail 4 (version 1.10.90) I am having the problem that all incoming mails land in trash instead of the inbox. I have checked all my settings but I haven't found where the problem is.
The other thing is that Kmail is in English even though I have a German version of KDE installed.
Apart from that I am impressed by the improvements and the development progress of the new Kmail.

Could you give more details :

- Are you using pop or imap ?
- If you have more than one account, are they all concerned ?
- Are there filters enabled ? (Settings/configure filters)
- Are the anti-spam / anti-virus functions enabled ?

Copy/Paste of the answer I received from the bug reporter :

«I have three accounts and they are all affected. I am using POP and the Spam
filter is enable but even though I have marked all these mails as not spam they
still end up in trash.
I didn't configure the filter. I just checked it and there is nothing here, no
matching words that should be filtered.»

Open the Filter setting and erase all the filters. It works but you won't have any Anti-Spam.
