Description Tobias Leupold 2008-10-22 14:35:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

Superkaramba stores the widget's information (coordinates, etc.) in ~/.superkaramba/. I think this should be done in ~/.kde(...)/share/apps/superkaramba/ instead.

I run both KDE 3.5 and KDE 4.1 at the moment, and I use some Superkaramba widgets on both desktops. As the widget coordinates are not stored in ~/.kde... (on Gentoo, I have ~/.kde -> ~/.kde3.5 for KDE 3.* and ~/.kde4.1 for KDE 4.1), the widgets used on both desktops are placed like in KDE 3 when I start KDE 4, but I would like to place them elsewhere on the KDE 4 Desktop.

Apart from this, I think, as Superkaramba is a part of KDE now, it should not store any configuration outside of ~/.kde...

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
